The Annual Spring Garden Fair is hosted by the Jackson County Master Gardeners.  The arena will be brimming with diverse edible and ornamental plants acclimated to thrive in Southern Oregon. There will be more than 150 vendors, exhibitors, and booths manned by garden-related experts. Fairgoers can also attend brief demonstration classes, free of charge, on a variety of gardening topics. 

Admission is $3, free for children 15 and under. Parking is free.

The Whole Earth and Watershed Festival is a community-wide celebration with activities for all ages that celebrate social, economic, and environmental solutions for ourselves and our planet while enhancing the health and livability of our north state region.

Now in its 9th year, this Festival takes place at Redding City Hall and Sculpture Park on the 4th Saturday of April. It will feature over 120 Exhibitors representing a wide range of interests all with a common goal: to increase awareness of what it will take to a) live more sustainably as individuals and as a community within our ecosystem, b) better conserve our natural resources, and c) foster support of local businesses, organizations, and community agencies.

Healthy Gardens will open the greenhouse to the public on Friday, April 17th from 12 noon to 4 p.m.  We have large variety of organic vegetables transplants available.  It is a perfect time to come purchase all your cold tolerant plants, such as Kale, Broccoli, Peas, Cabbage, Mustards, Cauliflower, and so many more.  Also, if you have a greenhouse and are ready for tomatoes and other hot house plants transplants, we have them ready for you too.
